Editorial Guidelines

About Our Content
This page explains how articles on AI Team Member are produced, from topic selection through publication and correction, so readers know exactly what they're reading.
AI-Assisted Content
Articles on this site are drafted by an AI language model, not by human writers. This applies to guides on automation, ops workflows, CRM, ads and related productivity topics covered here.
We describe our process below rather than presenting the content as if it were written by staff journalists.
Our Editorial Process
Each article goes through the same automated pipeline before it appears on the site.
Keyword research determines the topic, then the model itself gathers sources during a research phase using web search and link-checking tools; there is no separate verification pass afterward.
An AI language model drafts the full article based on that research.
Automated checks follow: a word-count and completeness gate, plus separately generated TL;DR summaries and FAQ sections. These are automated checks, not expert or specialist review.
Internal links to related articles are added automatically. Some articles carry a named fact-checking editor credit shown on the page. There is no fixed schedule for revisiting content; changes happen when a reader flags an issue.
Accuracy & Limitations
We aim for articles that are useful and correct, but the drafting process is automated and can produce mistakes.
- AI-drafted text can be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date, especially for fast-changing tools and platform features.
- Verify anything important before acting on it, and for regulated topics such as health, legal, or financial matters, consult a qualified professional rather than relying on this content.
- If you spot an error, use the feedback widget on the article or email us; the editorial team reviews reports and corrects or removes affected content.
Human Oversight
Articles are published automatically without a human reading each one first. Some carry a named fact-checking editor credit, and a person on the editorial team handles error reports submitted through the feedback widget or by email.
Content Updates
Articles are revised when a reader reports an error through the feedback widget or by email, or when we become aware a topic has changed materially. There is no fixed update schedule; a corrected article is fixed in place or removed if it can't be corrected.
Editorial Contact
For questions about an article or to report an issue, use the feedback widget on the page or email the editorial team directly.
